Personal Letter to Meeting Planners

Dear Meeting Planner,

I know your job is stressful at times. You often work long hours in the period prior to and during a meeting or convention, coordinating a million and one things in order to make it a success. Having a speaker that is not only inspiring to your audience but also willing to give his all to make sure everything runs smoothly. The last thing you need is speaker who shows up late or makes much ado about nothing.

This is what I promise you and what meeting planners I’ve worked with in the past will vouch for.

I will:
1. send you my material by deadline.

2. send you powerful marketing materials that will increase your attendance.

3. attend dinners, VIP-drinks or Q&A’s with great pleasure.

4. show up at the event early, so you know I am around and ready to start on time.

5. treat you, your guests and your staff members with utmost respect.

6. help out if nessecary.

7. respect my speaking slot and end on time.

My goal is for both of us to come accros professional and make a positive and lasting impression on your audience. I’m convinced we can make it happen!

Sincerely,
Bram Selleslach
